Our Story

When the world shut down, our industry didn't just pause — it scattered. Estheticians across Louisiana lost hands-on education, community, and the simple experience of being in a room with people who understood the work.

Tiffany saw that gap and refused to let her community go without.

What started as one woman's determination to bring quality education home grew into five years of pearls, grit, and grace. Five years of classrooms full of "me too." Five years proving Louisiana professionals don't have to leave home to belong to something excellent.

This was never just about CE hours. It was about building a table big enough for the whole state.

And even in a season without a summit — the table's still standing.

That's the proof. That's the story. And the next chapter is being written right now.

What We're Building Toward

Right now, the Louisiana Esthetics Conference & Education Summit is run with heart, grit, and Tiffany's own two hands. But we believe it can be so much more.

We're working toward a future where this event grows into a true community organization — built for Louisiana estheticians, by Louisiana estheticians.
