Founder & Host
Tiffany Roy is a Louisiana esthetician and the founder of the Louisiana Esthetician Conference & Education Summit.
Her path into esthetics followed years in the medical field and a desire to build a career rooted in skin, service, and connection.
What began with the Estheticians of Louisiana community grew into a statewide gathering designed to give professionals a place to learn from one another, meet educators and brands, build relationships, and feel at home in the industry.
Now entering Year Five, Tiffany continues to set the table — not as the voice of every expert in the room, but as the host who makes sure there is room for them.
