Tiffany A. Roy is a dynamic force in the world of skincare, balancing her thriving career as an esthetician with being a dedicated wife and mother of two. Her journey began in the medical field right after high school, where she spent nearly a decade as a CNA, medical coder, insurance specialist, and activity director. Driven by an unwavering passion to help others feel their best, Tiffany transitioned to esthetics, honing her craft at the prestigious Aveda Institute.
For over 16 years, she's been transforming lives through expert skin services — always staying at the forefront of the industry, seeking out the latest advancements so her clients get nothing but the best.
Beyond her practice, Tiffany is a visionary leader: she founded the Estheticians of Louisiana Group on Facebook, a vibrant community for professionals across the state, and now leads the Louisiana Esthetician Conference & Education Summit — now in its fifth triumphant year, setting the standard for excellence and innovation in the field.
Tiffany was the 1st esthetician in Louisiana to judge and attend The Skin Games.
